Prenatal vitamins make me constipated &' nauseous. I been taking flinestone vitamins. Are they ok or is there something better thats recommended?

Nausea -common : Nausea is a common side effect seen with any of zinc salts. 50 mg zinc daily plus a multivitamin (also contains zinc) increases the risk of nausea. Zinc is better absorped on an empty stomach(max daily 40-50 mg elemental zinc).Taking with food/plenty water may reduce nausea.
