Not the best idea.: The problem with this has to do with the concentration of salt in the water. Too much salt could cause burning. It is however a good idea to pour warm water over the vaginal area while you urinate. It also sounds like you have a vaginal infection which could be either yeast or bacterial based on your description. ...Read more

Acid reflux: instead of Malta and salt water, you might consider using antacids such as Tums (calcium carbonate) or Mylanta. Generics are fine. In addition, avoiding particular foods which make your problem worse,with most people reporting that tomatoes, onions, citrus fruits, chocolate, and garlic are frequent problem foods.
