3 mos after hysterectomy and I feel pelvic floor discomfort intermittently and sometimes during urination. CT showed nothingBelly pain too at times.
Still healing: This soon after a hysterectomy you are still healing especially with diabetes which can slow healing. If the Ct is normal, it may just take more time. Discuss it with your surgeon to be sure your exam is also normal. You may eventually need to consider some pelvic floor rehab with a physical therapist who specializes in this. ...Read more
Should i be concerned with abnormal vaginal bleeding and lower abdominal pain after a complete hysterectomy 15 yrs. Earlier? Complete hysterectomy 15 yrs. Ago., lower right abdominal pain, fever sometimes
Sneezed 3 times in row, heavy burning pain left side of abdominal, had full abdominal mesh repair surgery 7 weeks ago. (Ventral -sternum to pubic)?
Could be worriesome: Are you having any nausea or vomiting? Any areas of the abdomen bulging out again? It could be that you just "tweaked" scar tissue from the sneezing and that no damage was done. It is also possible that the adhesion between mesh and tissue came loose. I would monitor yourself - if pain persists, if there is nausea / vomiting or fever, see your surgeon. ...Read more
Bleeding after intercourse and right side pain. Partial laproscopic hysterectomy 9 years ago. Belly button pain as well.
3 problems: 1. Bleeding after intercourse in some one who has had a hysterectomy is not common. Retaining urine: results in stretching of the bladder and compression of surrounding tissues. This commonly causes pain that is relieved by emptying the bladder. It is not unusual for there to be some tenderness of the area later due to inflammation. Try to avoid retaining urine which increases the risk of infections and can cause more serious problems. ...Read more

C section psin: I am not entirely certain what is causing your symptoms but one possibility is that your intestines are not reaction well to recent surgery and are occasionally getting blocked. "Gut-ripping" bad!: Scarring or adhesions from surgery can tear with activity, and it can cause pain, although usually not bleeding. However, pain described as "gut-wrenching" sounds pretty bad. If that is continuing, you should be seen so a good history and exam can be done to give you a better answer! ...Read more
