Yes: You are only 3 days out from this surgery and it would be normal to have pain. So long as no fever, you should be fine. If you haven't, consider some Ibuprofen (600mg every 8 hours) for pain. Either one: There really is no good answer to that question. The procedures are equally effective for most women. If your uterus is larger then 8-9 cm, your physician may choose thermal ablation which may be better for larger uterine cavities.
