Salivary Gland: We have hundreds of tiny salivary glands thru out our mouths. Some times the duct from one of these gland gets blocked and the saliva backs up and forms a tiny, clear bubble. After a while the bubble pops and it goes away. When you eat you make more saliva so that's why it comes back. This is a variation of normal and not a problem. Other causes besides stomach being empty of food/drink include Low Blood Sugar, Digestive problems: Acid Reflux, Peptic Ulcer disease, H.Pylori Infection etc. 1st decrease free sugar & High Carb foods then increase Fruits/Veges for water & Fibers. You : You should get a complete medical evaluation wtih blood work. Sometimes if you absorb food too rapidly it can cause those symptoms. Keep a food diary of what you eat and what your symptoms are to see if there is a pattern. Sounds like reflux: Not from your heart at all. Most likely juice from your stomach is coming up "silently" without heartburn. You want to not eat or drink before laying down for at least a few hours. Stay away from acids like lemon, orange juice, coffee etc. ...Read more

?Gall bladder proble: I would worry about your gall bladder although your age is against it. High WBC count is often an indication of infection...but we need to know the exact numbers. You should ask your doctor to check you in case you continue to vomit and or have fever. ...Read more

Need an exam: Without knowing more about your symptoms it's difficult to give specific advise: How long has it been a problem? Any difficulty swallowing? Do you have any sinus problems or post nasal drip? etc. etc. Since there could be various reasons for such a complaint it's best if you see a physician who can listen to your description and exam you.
