The possible causes of h, in your case are, too much alcohol, severe illnesses of the liver, such as severe hepatitis, can cause hypoglycemia. Dizziness: Knowing the patient age helps some. It could be from a labrythine disorder itself. In an older individual with other risk factors like diabetes, hypertension need to think of vertigo related to intracranial pathology like stroke, aneurysm etc. It may happen with anxiety also.
