Yes: It sounds like you have some sort of infection on the left side. Many times this is due to food impaction in the area. Normally following the 7 day post-op appointment the patient is given a rinsing syringe to irrigate and clean the socket. You need to see your dentist for proper treatment. In all my: years of practice....(over 50) I have never seen or head of a case of lacrimal duct tumor.....not to say such doesn't exist... they do( VERY RARE!! )....it is far more likely that blocked lacrimal ducts are STUBBORN...and surgery while helpful a certain % of the time....can "fail"
