Healing will most likely be completed in a matter of a week but it is not a healing issue. Discuss with your cardiologist/electophysiologist and have a complete understanding prior to the procedure unless done emergently. How long should I feel fatigued after heart ablation. Had second catheter ablation 3months ago. I am a 53 year old male 6'1 180 pounds.?

How to determine my max heart rate during exercise? I am a 52yr old male ex af patient 2.5yrs ago, following successful catheter ablation procedure.

168: Maximum heart rate depends on age using the formula 220-age=maximum heart rate. In your case 100% of maximum predicted heart rate is 168. I recommend 85% of this number which is about 143 bpm. It should not go above 168. ...Read more
