Affect Ur Period
Does ur diet affect ur period. Cos I've not been eating properly & my period's NT flowing normally. It's very scanty. Could it b cos I'm NT eating well?
My period was off by ten days and I thought it might be because I was active is it true that sports can affect ur period? I finally got it today but ironically it was in p.e. My last period did the same thing started in p.e. why is it doing that?
