It all depends on-: -the severity of the tear. Graded 1-3. 1=minor no significant tissue injury. 2=some muscle tissue torn, will swell and may Become bruised, the blood runs down hill so it can appear below the injury. Could be a few thing: This could be a variety of issues - but if it continues unresolved for more than 2 weeks - a visit is in order to assure continued activity does not advance the possible injury.
