Depends how much ?: Of you took Advil sinus is Advil with decongescent and Advil PM is Advil with Benadryl. Usually there is 200 – 400 mg in a pill of Advil. Maximum dose of Advil is 800 mg every 8 h (3 x 24 hours). Always take with food. Some decongescent can upset sleep and offsetting with Advil PM not the greatest idea but ok short time. Talk w/ Dr/druggist: The Advil IS ibuprofen. It's rare, but it can lead to bleeding w/ lexapro (escitalopram) in some folk. Watch for signs and call Dr immediately. It can also cause dizziness and fainting, so be careful and try to have someone near. The 1st two can also do that but if you've been ok so far — that's a good sign — just be careful. They do interact: Very slightly. Since azithromycin when being eliminated by the liver does prevent these other drugs from being removed as fast. BUT, the small effect on the drug metabolism isn't going to be noticeable let alone being in any way dangerous/risky. Advil Cold and Sinus: Advil Cold and Sinus contains pseudoephedrine which decreases breast milk supply. Avoid Advil Cold and Sinus while breastfeeding. Vapor inhalation: Rather than taking either of these medications, you may help your congestion better by taking steam or water vapor inhalation.
For good health — Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless.
Practice safe sex.
