Drug interactions: The only problen i see is that you are on zantac (ranitidine) presumably for gastritis/gerd. Ibuprophen can certainly worsen these symptoms. Yes, it is safe to give advil in between apap/codeine (tylenol (acetaminophen) (acetaminophen) with codeine), and this may help her discomfort. Be sure she is able to tolerate fluids. Do not give additional tylenol (acetaminophen) as apap is tylenol (acetaminophen). Advil is fine though. ...Read more
