What part gone?: Removing the right colon and valve that separates the small bowel from colon sets the stage for bacterial contamination of the small bowel, which leads to diarrhea commonly-can be treated, with good success. Can try a probiotic, e.g. Florastor, and call your doc. Sometimes antibiotic rx needed to reestablish normal balance. If large amount of bowel removed (any location) can give diarrhea. ...Read more
