In my opinion Coke Zero is poison and very unhealthy. I strongly advise NEVER drinking it if you want to have good health. It has both aspartame and acesulfame potassium, both of which are hazardous.

The body may send out a lot of Insulin in response to all the sugar that was ingested. The Insulin overshoots and you end up with very low blood sugar and thus can feel ill.
