As kids mature, they become more self assured & independent (usually following ideals instilled by parents) rather than depending on others for validation. Could normalize: You you are heavy and drinking/chewing excessively, dieting/exercising to get to ideal body wt, stop drinking/chewing may normalize your blood pressure. No eat too much salt--google up the dash diet (dietary approach to stop hypertention) and follow it. Then check your bp, if still high, consult doc. Yes: I checked online about the products you take. These are dietary non prescription diet pills which may contain herbal ingredients we don't exactly know that will curb your appetite.
