Since birth ive had no periods. Im only breastfeeding 50% of the time, baby is 6 months and my tubes have been tied. Should i be concerned?

I had my tubes removed after I had my son, we breastfed and I just had my period 5 months pp but now i'm a few days late. I know breastfeeding can mess with your cycle but with having my tubes removed give me irregular cycles?
Clarification...: If you are asking whether there are health benefits for an adult who drinks breast milk, i would say the risks outweigh the possible benefits. I had a baby on 9/8/12. At this time I also had my tubes tied. I have not had a period to date. I am breast feeding, but am concerned.
I am breast feeding and have inverted nipples. When done nursing, they do look like a new tube of lipstick. Is baby still latching and eating ok?
Why would a galactocele that was discovered (on u/s) while breastfeeding still be present 5 years later? Or is it something else? What should be done?
See your GYN: Nobody can diagnose a galactocele (vs something else) in a virtual short question format such as this. Make an appointment to follow up with gynecologist.
