Complicated: If you have significant anemia, breathing problem and fatigue are not unexpected ( i hope you are taking iron supplements). The anemia plus the asthma (+ menses) may work together to cause the breathing problem when each individually would not . Why you are on tranexamic acid. No asthma control medication?
