What are some really good ways to stimulate adrenaline?

The word autonomic means "independent", meaning it works in the background. As such, it only activates or changes in response to events which occur to you. One does not "will" the release of adrenaline. ...Read more

Interesting question: In the "fight or flight" scenario, there is a definite increase. However, having a "high epinephrine" level is difficult to understand. There are instances where certain tumors produce excess of this chemical. Your question about Propranolol is easier to answer. The propanolol can make use of EpiPen more prone to increase your blood pressure. . If you take propanolol for migraine or thyroid, you will likely be ok with EpiPen, but may need more. If it is for cardiac issues, you should be more careful. ...Read more
