Probably not helpful: True adrenal gland extract would contain some hormones including epinephrine which might escape digestion and increase your heart rate and blood pressure among other things. But most of it would be digested and have no effect. The "extract" they use is from untested, and unregulated sources and is unlikely to contain anything of value, let alone medical value. Depends: Most adrenal nodules this size are not dangerous and do not need to be removed. However, you should be tested to make sure the nodule is not hormonally active, because some adrenal masses can cause dangerously high blood pressure, low potassium levels, obesity, sex hormone ambiguity or other endocrine problems.
