Couple of things..: Gallbladder disease, pancreatitis, peptic ulcer dieases, gastritis, severe reflux can cause your symptoms. Viral gastroenteritis (stomach-bug), irritable bowel can do same as well. If it is severe and rapid onset, it could be pancreatitis/gallbladder disease. Gallbladder vs ulcer: Right upper quadrant pain makes us think of gallbladder issues, whether due to stones or infection. However, gastritis ; ulcers can also manifest as RUQ pain. Rarely, sexually transmitted infections can present w/ruq pain eg fitz hugh curtis syndrome. Of course, liver is also in RUQ but less likely to cause pain after eating (same goes for fhc).
