I some times feel like some kind of pressure in my head(mostly the top) and its not a pain. i wonder if it could be dangerous?

My whole head been feeling pressures for like since March 23 now I'm starting to feel out of touch with everything around me. I don't feel the same?
What are some causes for pressure like feeling in head that has occurred for 3-4 days on and off randomly?
