Overdose: It depends on whate time frame these were taken in. If they were all taken at once with the intent to harm ones self then yes you should seek medical attention. If the paracetamol was taken over 18-24 hours then no. No, you shouldn't: Both Nurofen Plus and Solpadol 500/30 contain codeine and an aspirin-like product, so you would be taking more of both than your doctor recommended. My advice is to stick with just Solpadol 500/30. If that alone doesn't control your pain, please contact your doctor for advice.
