No consensus but...: There is absolutely no consensus on this. One thing i can say is there is no need to eat any at all. Vegetarians & vegans would say none & a large body of evidence points to reduced risk of heart disease & cancer & longer life in those who are vegetarian. No clear winner: Read the label- these are essentially equivalent if the fat content is similar. Both are good sources of protein, and the differences in types of fat are negligible between them.
