Motor Tics?: There is risk of idiosyncratic development of motor tics with most psycho-stimulants. Sometimes the diagnosis for which you have been prescribed the medication needs to be reconsidered. Unlikely: One time high dose is not likely to harm the heart. However, if you did it intentionally, that bears investigation and you should discuss it with your doctor or therapist. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex. ...Read more
