Adapalene: Apply a small amount at bedtime to entire area of acne. Not eyelids or lips OK to skip some nights if irritation. Do you have. 1%? . 3%? With prolonged use it is better tolerated and more effective. Clindamycin may be a waste of money. Benzoyl peroxide OTC is cheaper and more effective. Use a tiny amount in AM. Good start: It will not touch the scars, and if you do not have full relief, add topical benzoyl peroxide, a systemic antibiotic, or conisder one of the big guns that only a dermatologist can prescribe.
