How long?: If these have been present for months or years, you likely have an allergic condition. If they have been present for less than a week, it is likely from a cold. For the congestion try an OTC decongestant spray but for no more than 5 days maximum- else you will likely end up with more problems. ...Read more

We always worry about pneumonia, but if you feel generally well, have no fever or chest pain, and can breath normally, you most likely do not have pneumonia.
