Check appendix: If you have pain in the right lower part of your abdomen and it hurts more when you walk, putting weight on the right ( or when you hop on the left foot, then on the right), you may have early appendicitis and need to go back to the doctor or the ER to make sure it is not that. Time and rest: You may well be right about having gastroenteritis. Unfortunately, we have no cure for this. It's an illness your body must take care of. All you can do is listen to your body and take your cues from it. If tired, sleep. If nauseous, go bland diet or just sips of fluids. Usually lasts a couple of days.
