I had a sudden onset of blurred vision in right eye, dizziness, nausea, and felt faint. What could this be symptomatic of?

Low blood pressure?: If this occurred after a change in position (lying to standing) this could be low blood pressure (postural hypotension), this type of blurry vision only lasts seconds. Need examination: Thank you for your question young lady. You'll need an examination & review possibly by a neurologist since those symptoms could be related to a central nervous problem. There could be other things as well but an imaging study of the brain (MRI with contrast) could be helpful. Again, 1st things 1st. Good examination.
