Vitamin def not rare: Many women of your age need extra b vitamins and are deficient in vitamin d. I would recommend seeing your doctor and having blood work including a vitamin d level, thyroid tests and a vitamin test called spectrocell. I find almost everyone is lacking essential vitamins and minerals, even in sunny florida! also a clean diet helps tremendously.
