Yes: If appropriately practiced, i would think so. Impossible to predict in a particular case, and even more, lacking serious scientific studies (...How to measure this accurately? Vitamin def not rare: Many women of your age need extra b vitamins and are deficient in vitamin d. I would recommend seeing your doctor and having blood work including a vitamin d level, thyroid tests and a vitamin test called spectrocell. I find almost everyone is lacking essential vitamins and minerals, even in sunny florida! also a clean diet helps tremendously. Look up michael pollan to help guide you. ...Read more
