I'd love to know: Hard to say, but the mediterranean diet seems healthy and protects against many eventual problems, such as heart disease and stroke. Would avoid junk foods, sugars, candy, soft drinks of any kind, but maybe increase lean protein, and encourage exercise and avoidance of smoking, alcohol, and recreational drugs. ...Read more

Unlikely: If you are not physically active or your physical mobilty is limited, you could develop loss of your muscle mass, or muscle atrophy, over a long period of time. But it is unlikely that you will have atrophy of the nerves unless there is some sort of nerve injury. ...Read more

Above three?: Do you mean above or below the age of three? Recent studies suggest that children under the age of two, really do not benefit from any video electronics. They can be too overstimulating. All children's tv programming should be limited to no more than one hour per day. I do not believe in having a tv in a child's room.
