Needs to see your Dr: Unexplained burning pain to your thigh and forearm isn't normal unless you've experienced trauma or other neurological issues from a medical conditions. So, if this has continued over 2 days, it's time to see your doctor and have it examined further. Not sure: What the question actually is, but it isn't uncommon for someone to "sleep in the wrong position" and wake up with an arm or leg or both, painful, numb, and/or hard to move. This usually occurs from something referred to as a compressive/entrapment neuropathy - too much pressure on a nerve. A number of things: If it is both arms would consider whether it could be a neuropathy or a vascular problem. If this is a "paraplysis" would consider that this could be component of atonia found during certain stages of sleep. Yes: Without knowing your specific medical history and risk factors, it is hard to say but at your age, (possible) anginal pain needs to be evaluate. I recommend seeing your physician soon to have at least an ekg done and possibly a stress test.
