Skin very sensitive to touch leading to acne without pus instantly spreading all over the face. I have been prescribed calak lotion. Should I apply ?

Watch it: You are less likely to get a crater / icepick if it reabsorbs rather than ruptures, but not much. If this pimple is special enough to write about, perhaps it is actually something else, such as an early inclusion cyst. Manage it: Topical benzoyl peroxide, maybe 5%, 1-2x/day. If you're not clear in two weeks, get with your physician who can add prescription-strength Rx. Ignore all "pop" wisdom about "what you did to cause your acne". It is non-lifestyle-related and you need to manage it until it self-cures, which it will eventually do. It's unpredictable.
