CAN'T. Don't try!: Scars are permanent and there is no surgeon or surgical, laser, cream, or cosmetic treatment in existence that can eliminate or remove scars completely. Expert plastic surgery can trade bad scars or poor orientation for better ones hidden in lines of expression or along skin lines, but there will still be new scars.
