Sounds like angioma: sounds like a tiny blood vessel, usually due to trauma. I would see dermatologist if you are worried, and laser will get rid of it. But you can make other ones but they are nothing to worry about. Hope that helps ...Read more

Benzoyl peroxide: Can cause the constant redness so if you are using it on your upper lip try stopping. Also try shea butter. Consider seeing an acupuncturist as well to calm the extra heat in your system...Steroids would help but do not like to use them on face. ...Read more

Benzoyl peroxide: It is common for teenagers to get some acne. Try over the counter benzoyl peroxide treatment to try to get rid of it. Apply it to dry skin about 15 minutes after washing.
