My back and upper arm have a lot of pimples. Even if i leave them alone, pimples will keep growing in these areas. How do I get rid of them?

Eczema??: If you indeed have eczema it is almost always bilaterally symmetrical. If you have a patch on the right hand side you almost certainly will have an equivalent sized patch on the left hand side. Systemic Rx: Acne on the trunk usually requires systemic treatment. A regimen such a topical benzoyl peroxide plus tetracycline 500 2x/day might be sufficient; don't use an antibiotic as sole therapy.
