Acne: A benzoyl peroxide wash is very helpful to use after working out. A Clindamycin pad is nice to use on the slim twice a day and can help wash the skin and help with acne. Ask your doctor to write the prescription. Benzoyl peroxide and Clindamycin also comes in a cream that can also be applied twice a day. You also need a prescription from your doctor for this as well.
