My baby has face eczema. I used desonide for a week but it is back. Is aclovate safer or better?

My baby has face eczema. I used desonide for a week but it is back. Is aclovate safer or better?

Chronic: Eczema is chronic and will recur. I recommend avoiding harsh soaps which will dry the skin, use aquaphor or vanicream to protect your baby's skin throughout the day and desonide to keep it controlled, preferably no more than 3 times a week. It gets better over time! Also, eczema makes skin more susceptible to infections so if it persists, see your dr.

What do you suggest if my eyebrow come completely out. The dermatologist gave me Nizoral (ketoconazole) and aclovate cream but it's not helping at all. Any ideas?

Use Latisse (bimatoprost): If you mean that you are loosing your eyebrow hair, you have to find out what is causing it. There are many systemic causes. One of these issues are thyroid dz. So you need to have a complete physical and lab work. But if all is OK, then you may use Latisse (bimatoprost) over the eyebrow and that has shown to help eyebrow hair loss.
