NOT necessarily: A normal urine pH is 4.6-8.0. (remember 7.0 is neutral &<7=acid). A low urine pH (acidic urine) may be due to abnormally high blood sugars causing diabetic ketoacidosis (not the usual norm). Other causes of 'acidic urine' are: diarrhea & starvation. Just hydrate!: I think the company Camelback had an advertisement that said, "Hydrate or die". While that may sound over the top, it does point to the importance of drinking fluids. 6-8 glasses of fluid (doesn't have to be water, but water is the healthiest) is a good goal.
