Go to emergency room: If the symptoms are all on one side of your head/neck, ask them to evaluate you for a carotid dissection. It's an injury to a blood vessel in the neck that can cause the symptoms you describe. They'll do imaging of the blood vessels. Perhaps?: Gerd certainly can cause some pain in the throat. I am not sure about the symptoms of tingling of the lips. I do not see the association. In any event, these symptoms should be checked out and treated appropriately. One would probably need a look down the throat (egd) and perhaps a look at the whole throat area.
