Muscle strain going : into your back and neck. Don't lift any weights. See your doctor. Icing may be helpful, and OTC pain meds may bring relief like ibuprofen. Rule out heart attck: It could be a number of things including a heart attack. Sometimes you can't detect a heart attack if u have diabetes. So first go to your pcp and get an ekg.
