Viral illness?: Although the exact diagnosis is not possible, i would suspect acute viral iinfection, particularly if you other members of your houshold/ people at work had similar complaints. Check your temperature, drink plenty of fluids, take over the counter meds that you are not allergic to; if feel your are getting worse, have a very high fever or unable to take liquids etc. See a doctor. First thing see MD: Hello, it sounds like there is a general medical condition causing aches. Viral illnesses can cause this, also lyme disease, etc... I would recommend seeing a general md first and getting labs that can help find culprit if you don't get better within a week or you get worse.
