Sounds like you may: Have a sciatica involving the L5 nerve or a nerve problem in the leg such as a peroneal one. This needs to be checked out as you have neurologic issues in addition to the pain that may require further evaluation and more than just Aspirin for treatment. Not likely: the most common reason why someone would have aching in the calves is musculoskeletal. Try doing calf stretching and hamstring stretching.
