Go to Emergency.: You need to go to ED. you are describing a chest pain with musculoskeletal or pleuratic features. Given the combo of left leg pain with this Chest pain I'm worried that is a clot. It could be a coincident to have both but i think this could be serious and you need to go to the ED.
