Aching Pain All Over Body
I always get aching pain all over body, neck stiffness and headaches. Sometimes it is irritating and it is hard to keep neck up. My legs feel restless all the time. What should I do?
Further workup: If this is something that is progressive or not improving, i would consider having your pcp order an MRI of your brain and cervical spine. Pain means you are overdoing it and you need to give these joints some time to rest and heal. OTC remedies & rest: Don't forget to drink plenty of fluids, too. Otc Acetaminophen +/- Ibuprofen (or naproxen) can be used to reduce aches & fever. If symptoms persist or get worse, go see your family doc, especially if you can't keep fluids down. Very important to stay hydrated. And get plenty of rest. No need to go to work & spread germs.
