This can be a long: Conversation but let's say it's been going on for a while and no one can figure out why. Do you grind your teeth at night? That's the headache, most likely. Arthritis pain, insomnia, muscle spasm, if not sleeping, muscles do not relax allowing blood flow into muscles in a spasm loop. Yes and No: Some people with ibd can have arthritic conditions that can hurt. Upper back pain may be a possibility, however if this does not resolve you might want to get it checked out. Also typically low back pain is not a common symptom of crohns dz. Lastly it's not common at all to have arm pain associated with crohns dz. I'd have your low back and arm pain evaluated to see if the spine is the culprit. ...Read more
