Maybe muscle cramps: I sorry to hear about this. Regarding the fever, what do you call a fever? Doctor's classify fever as a temp over 101.3F or 38.5C. Do you have a temp this high every 2 months. Is there any redness around the skin of the calf? But this could be just muscle cramps. You could try eating more bananas for potassium which can help for cramps.
