Have it checked: Lowe leg tenderness and swelling, particularly when these symptoms are in one leg only, suggests phlebitis or even venous thrombosis. It would be wise to have this checked. Is there any redness around the skin of the calf? But this could be just muscle cramps. You could try eating more bananas for potassium which can help for cramps.
