See your primary care doc, and if necessary referral to a physiatrist. These symptoms usually improve with a short course of anti-inflammatories (if you can take them) and physical therapy. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

Could be nerve: Hard to tell based on limited information. Many times neck and shoulder muscles when injured will cause a radiation of pain in the arm and a sensation of tingling. Also if there is any nausea or sweating with it get to ER for cardiac work up....you are young for that but you never know. ...Read more

Have your doctor assess all of this. ...Read more

It would not be related to your PE but you should see a physician who specializes in pain or orthopedic surgery for proper diagnosis. Meanwhile try to avoid looking down (texting) ...Read more
I'm 38 years old and i'm having tingling in my left arm all the way down to my finger tips and pains in my shoulder?
Need evaluation: Difficult to determine without an examination. Differential diagnosis could be cervical radiculopathy (pinched nerve in neck), brachial plexopathy, peripheral nerve entrapment such as carpal tunnel syndrome (not uncommon for cts pain to travel up the arm), or even myofascial pain with trigger points. Would suggest physiatric evaluation for definitive diagnosis and treatment. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
