Avoid twisting: Repetitive torsional (twisting) activities such as an improper golf swing or twisting to put something on the shelf can aggravate the lumbar discs and contribute (in additional to normal wear and tear) in part to it's degeneration. This could cause pain in an already irritated back, be it disc related or muscular or other. Simple answer best to avoid twisting!
Tooth Caries: A common cause of aching teeth that can wake a patient up in during the night is severe tooth caries (or a deep cavity) that has extended close to the nerve of the tooth. This usually requires root canal therapy to absolve. Please see your dentist right away to ensure that this infection does not progress.
Mechanics: Low back pain after standing all day could also be a sign of mild degenerative changes to the lumbar spine. Poor posture and jobs that require excessive lifting can also predispose you to muscle fatigue and injury. It is important to avoid high heeled shoes and have adequate arch supports to decreased stress on the lower back. Be sure to visit your md if the pain persists.
So many reasons: That is difficult to say, and you will need a history and physical to nail down the diagnosis. Be sure to discuss core strengthening with your physician as core weakness is the main cause of general back aches and fatigue in a young, healthy person. Hope that helps!See 1 more doctor answer
Have an appendix?: Right lower abdominal pain is characteristic of appendicitis. This pain may follow pain above the belly button, and nausea/vomiting. But right lower abdominal pain may be intestinal. It could be a kidney stone, an ovarian cyst, or even a strained muscle. You need to get checked - and reassured that this is nothing serious. Good luck. Lgromkomd.

Many things: Most common cause of back aches are back strain, many people have arthritis in their back- this can be seen on basic x-ray. Also disc problems may be present - like bulging or herniated disc. Back muscles are frequently weak- so you can do core building exercises that can help back pain--recommend eval by doctor.
Get checked out: There are some specific conditions that will give aching much more than others. See your doctor as many rheumatologic diseases will cause this as well as one called polymyalgia rheumatica. This is worth getting checked out.
Fatigue and Aching: My first thought is that you very well may be aging into the metabolic syndrome also known as male menopause. If your physician has ruled out thyroid disease, diabetes, anemia, and other common diseases it may behoove you to get a testosterone test. Genetically it is possible to enter menopause as early as your late 30s.
Deconditioning: You aren't detailed about what you mean by deconditioning, but yes, being deconditioned can cause weakness and fatigue.
Pain around kidneys: They kidneys are surrounded by a capsule which is very sensitive. Anything that causes swelling of the kidneys or inflammation can cause pain (urinary tract infection, stones, etc). However, the kidneys also reside near many of the muscles in the back, so pain in that area commonly is due to back pain, pulled muscles, strains, etc. Try a heating pad and if no help, see your doctor.
