My husband has been sick for 4 days now symptoms are excessively sweating day and night loss of appetite chills with no fever headache and body aches.
Febrile illness: As long as he is staying the same or getting better, you could give it a few more days of watching him at home. If he seems to be getting worse in any way, however, I would take him to his doctor or to an urgent care center. In the meantime, plenty of fluids. You could use Tylenol or ibuprofen for fevers. Kidney stone, infect: Would be concerned about possible kidney stone or kidney infection. Also ruptured ovarian cyst would be on the short list of things to be concerned about. Hernia?: I found myself wondering as I read your history if you'd been checked for a right inguinal hernia. It could produce that kind of pain, and wouldn't cause lab abnormalities in the blood or urine. It could also be a pulled abdominal muscle but I'd think that would've resolved by now.
