Possibly...: You could have a viral infection that is causing your symptoms. Do you have any other symptoms like low-grade fever, nasal congestion, sore throat, fatigue, etc.? Many things: This could be many things, minor to serious, including dehydration, poor sleep, viral illnesses, rheumatoid arthritis or other autoimmune issues, fibromyalgia, or metabolic issues. If this is a constant, I would recommend discussing with your primary care doc as soon as possible to initiate workup. Generalized aches/pain can take sometime to diagnose.
